You will own the account, and can add a HoloBox to it afterwards.
Create something, then play it on your HoloBox.
HoloBox911 uses your own accounts with these services, so generation and speech bill to you and nothing runs on a shared key.
HeyGen and LiveAvatar are different products and need different keys. Each row below says what its key is used for.
Where the avatar's answers come from. Your documents always come first; these choices decide what happens when they do not have the answer. Anything found on the web is said to be from the web.
Plain phrases, one per line. The avatar says these are not something it can help with here, and never looks them up.
People who registered at the gate tablet. When one of them walks up to the HoloBox, the avatar chosen here greets them by name and tells them their host has been told. The list updates as they register and arrive.
Nobody is set to greet yet. The gate still registers visitors.
Nobody has registered yet. Open /gate on the tablet by the guard room and link it like a HoloBox.
Switch on your HoloBox. A four-digit code appears on its screen. It changes every five minutes, so type the one showing now.
Leave it blank and we will name it for you. You can change it later.
Deleting a folder keeps its videos. They go back to My Videos.
The HoloBox draws this logo over the video while it plays. It is not added to the video file. Changes show the next time the video starts on a HoloBox. Without one here, the video uses your logo from the Logo page.
A PNG with a transparent background looks best.
This removes it from your account and from the video provider. Your photographs were already deleted after it was built, so this cannot be undone — you would need to scan again.
An engine is something a visitor can talk to. It runs on Ollama, on the HoloBox911 server, so no conversation leaves the network and none of it is billed to you.
A subject is a character this engine can be — a receptionist, a product expert. Each has its own role and goal.
Give it a name you will recognise on the control screen.
Your text saves automatically as you type. You can close the app and come back to it.
Press and hold to speak. We'll write it down for you.
You can change this as many times as you like. Each change builds a new video until you're happy with it.
All ticked to start with. Untick anything you do not want.
Walking in and out are two short clips made once for this avatar with Veo, on your Google key, the first time a video uses them. The HoloBox plays them around the video; they are not added to the video file.
Library avatars move in the vendor's own way. Movement choices are available for your own avatar and for characters.
Both use the device's own voice. Free, and nothing is billed — it is a rehearsal, not the finished video.
This usually takes a few minutes.
You can leave this screen — it
carries on without you, and you will find it in Drafts.
This is the name that appears in My Videos.
Hold your phone at eye level, arm's length away.
Almost there.
Or upload a recording you already have: an MP3, M4A, WAV or similar. It must be your own voice, speaking clearly for at least 40 seconds, ideally a minute or more.
This is your cloned voice reading the sample.
The logo the HoloBox shows over your 3D models and at the Try-On Booth. Until you add your own it shows the HoloBox911 logo. It is drawn on the HoloBox only — it is not added to video files.
Changes show the next time a video starts on the HoloBox.
Upload your brand book once — colours, fonts, tone of voice and the rules for using your brand. Product Ads write it into every shot that uses it. The file itself stays on this server.
PDF, Word or text, up to 20 MB. A text-based PDF reads best — a scan of printed pages may not.
Every vendor call this account has made. Charged to your own keys, so this is what you are being billed for, not what we charge you.
Your camera appears on the glass. People at the HoloBox and your guests talk with you — only you are on the glass; your guests’ cameras show on this phone.
Present from this phone, or from any phone or laptop with the presenter link. Guests join from a link or QR code, heard by everyone and seen only by you — no app, no sign-in. Up to 8 guests.
Scan this with the phone or tablet you will hold. It gets every control in this menu — microphones, cameras, the logo, the 3D model, guests and End — and this phone stays the camera.
Keep it to yourself: whoever has it can control and end this Holoportation. It stops working when the Holoportation ends.
Open this on the phone or laptop whose camera should be on the HoloBox. Keep it to yourself: whoever has it presents.
Best: a PNG with a transparent background, about 1200 × 400 pixels (wide) or 800 × 800 (square), at least 600 across. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 8 MB. Here it sits over the live camera, so a logo that reads on a busy picture works best.
Shown over the person on the HoloBox, turning by itself. Models are added under 3D models.
Broadcast yourself to a HoloBox from this phone's camera. Nothing is recorded and nothing is stored.
Photograph a customer with this tablet, and show them on the HoloBox wearing any piece from your catalogue.
Please hand the tablet to the customer, or read this to them.
Head to chest, hair away from the ears, facing the tablet.
No pieces in this category yet. Add them in the catalogue.
Tick the looks the customer would like to take home, then show the QR on the HoloBox for them to scan.
Nothing in this category yet.
One piece per photo, on a plain background, photographed straight on. This photo is what gets worn, so the clearer it is, the better the try-on.
Everything here is stamped into each look — on the HoloBox, on this tablet and in the photo the customer takes home.
Preview on a stand-in portrait
A PNG with a see-through middle, 1200 × 1600 pixels (portrait, 3:4). Keep the design to the outer edge so it frames the customer rather than covering them.
Along the bottom of every look. Leave it empty for none.
Changes apply to every look styled from now on.
The customer stands in front of this tablet and sees themselves live on the HoloBox, wearing any piece from your catalogue in 3D — and whole sets at once.
A PNG with a see-through middle, tall like the mirror: 2160 × 3840 pixels (9:16). Keep the design to the edges so it frames the customer.
Please hand the tablet to the customer, or read this to them.
Tick the snapshots the customer would like to take home, then show the QR on the HoloBox for them to scan.
Every photo in your catalogue is made into a 3D piece on this tablet, by itself. Here you can set a piece's real size, which side a nose pin goes on, or use your own 3D model (.glb) instead.
For the best 3D, photograph each piece straight on, on a plain background that is not white — white pearls on white are hard to tell apart.
Every HoloBox on this account. Its camera can be watched live from here — it is never recorded, the HoloBox shows a small “Camera on” mark while you watch, and each viewing is logged.
Watch and listen to any HoloBox on this account, live. Nothing is recorded, the HoloBox shows “Camera and microphone on” while you do, and each time is logged. A sign near each box saying so is recommended.
Every customer's pictures from the Try-On Booth and Live Try-On. Each is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
No pictures yet. They appear here as customers try pieces on.

Fit yourself inside the outline.
This preview stays on your phone. Nothing is recorded and nothing is sent until you start.
Pick the one that looks most like you. The others are deleted as soon as you choose.
Videos that do not meet these requirements will not render correctly on the HoloBox.

Keep this screen open until it finishes.
An agent here is its own web page - the way Jonty and the other agents ran in the previous app. The HoloBox opens the page full screen and it listens through the box's microphone; this phone is the remote.
What the HoloBox shows: the agent waiting, and the agent speaking. MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 250 MB each.
Today's date, live cricket scores, the news, the weather and Wikipedia, checked each time someone asks. Free, no keys.
The phone's mic button sends what it heard here. Leave it empty for a page that listens on the HoloBox by itself.
Grows the agent from the feet up. Takes effect the next time the agent comes up on the HoloBox.
A visitor talks to an avatar on the panel. It answers from the documents you gave that subject, and says so when they do not cover the question.
Select the device and runtime you want to use.
Edge AI runs on this server, so there is no key to connect and nothing to pay a vendor. The conversation never leaves our hardware.
Avatars you build at app.liveavatar.com appear here under Yours.
Leave this alone and the avatar keeps the voice it was built with.
This name appears in your list and on the HoloBox.
Tell the avatar who it is, how it should behave, and what it should never say. Be as specific as you like.
The avatar answers from the documents you attach to it afterwards, and says it does not know when they do not cover the question. This is who it is, not what it knows.

The name an operator picks from a list, and the two lines the avatar is told about itself before it answers anything.
Attach the documents this avatar answers from — policies, price lists, specifications, notes. It quotes what is in them and says it does not know when they do not cover the question.
PDF, Word, plain text, Markdown or CSV, up to 10 MB each. A PDF that is a scan has no text in it to read — upload one whose words you can select, or the original document.
The price is for this whole ad at the length you chose, on your own key. You can change it later, before anything is drawn.
Show a real 3D model of your product, turning, on the HoloBox. Paste a Sketchfab link, or upload a 3D file.
A .glb file shows exactly as it was made. Sketchfab models show in Sketchfab's own player.
Turn or pinch the model here - the HoloBox follows live.
Best: a PNG with a transparent background, about 1200 × 400 pixels (wide) or 800 × 800 (square), at least 600 across. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 8 MB. Place and size are set on the Logo page.
Choose the type of ad to make.
Add photos of your product and name its parts. The storyboard takes it apart and puts it back together; approve the frames, then it is filmed.
Describe a product, approve the storyboard, then have the ad filmed. Each frame you approve becomes the opening of its own shot — the ad is your storyboard brought to life, with its own sound.
Add one photo and the rest is done for you: the parts are read from it and the storyboard is written. Every frame is drawn from your photos, so the parts are your product's real parts. More sides photographed, better parts.
In order from top to bottom. These are what come apart in the film.
Each line is drawn as one still frame, and each frame becomes one shot of about eight seconds. So six lines is a film of about forty-eight seconds, and what you approve here is what gets filmed. Set the camera and the movement on any shot, and use the arrows to put the shots in order — the order here is the order the ad plays.
Add a photo or two of the actual product and every frame is drawn from them — the real shape, colour and label, not an invented one.
They are drawn from your description and kept, so you can use them again in the next video without describing them a second time.
Four versions are drawn, and you pick the one that is them.
This usually takes a minute or two.
Starting…
The three you do not pick are deleted, and only the one you keep is ever built at the render vendor.
Upload the brand book once. Its colours, tone and rules are written into every shot of every ad that uses it. The file itself never leaves this server.
This is the person who appears in the finished ad.
The voice that speaks your script.
These are the words that will be spoken in the finished ad.
Each frame takes about twenty seconds, so six take roughly two minutes.
You can leave this screen — the drawing carries on.
Starting…
Each of these becomes the opening frame of its own shot, in this order. Approving them is approving the ad — so if one is wrong, change that scene and draw it again before you go on.
Approving locks these 6 frames. Nothing is spent by approving — it is what unlocks the paid render. If you change a scene afterwards the approval is cancelled and every frame is drawn again.
Each frame is filmed as its own shot and they play one after another, so what you are looking at is what the ad will be.
This is the paid step. Each approved shot is filmed on your own keys — about — credits. The storyboard frames are already drawn and paid for; they are not billed again.
Each approved shot is being filmed.
You can leave this screen — it carries on.
Starting…
Your storyboard, filmed and played in order. Each shot opens on the frame you approved, and the sound comes with it.
The HoloBox plays the shots one after another, as one ad. The storyboard it was filmed from is kept with it.
This cannot be recovered. The brief, the scenes and every drawn frame are deleted. Any finished ad you already saved stays in Product Ads.
This is the name that appears in Product Ads and on the HoloBox.
This cannot be recovered. Everything you've set up will be lost.
Pick it up any time from Videos → Drafts.
You'll find it at the top of the voice list.
You already have a saved avatar. Creating a new one deletes it, here and at the video provider. If it says it is getting ready for video, it only needs about a minute — you do not need to make it again.
It's now the first option whenever you create a video.
